Once you have received your email and voucher from us, it means your trip has been booked with the operator concerned by us and your credit card has been processed. However you must still contact the operator on your arrival in Queenstown to re-confirm your booking. In the case of air flights, you will be asked to call again on the day for a weather check. Some trips are number dependant and this is to ensure the operator has enough people on the trip for it to go ahead. Most operators reserve the right to cancel any trip as a result of insufficient numbers, inclement weather, or any other unforeseen event or circumstance involving postponement. Please check out our terms and conditions for more detailed information.

This is something that comes with the territory - Queenstown is set in a mountain invironment and weather does effect us from time to time. Sadly, many activities such as scenic flights and some Combos with air related activities are weather dependent. This is the main reason we ask you to confirm with the operator during business hours on the day for a weather check. If your trip is cancelled by the operator, you will have the option of rescheduling your activity for another time or day.
