Personal information regarding users may be collected for statistical purposes in determining the use of this web site. Information Queenstown Adventure may collect about you will not be disclosed to any other person in a form that will identify you except in the following circumstances:

Your email Voucher:

  • Once you receive your activity voucher by email from us, please print it out and sign it. Don't forget to put it with your travel documents. For your own security, the person in whom's name the voucher is made out to MUST sign it in the allotted area.
  • You must present your SIGNED pre-paid voucher to the relevant operator when checking in.
  • Your voucher is based on fares and tariffs which are, to the best of our knowledge, correct and current at the time of issue. Operators do amend pricing from time to time and any price increases after the date of issue of our voucher are at the cost of the client payable direct to the operator at (or before) the time of the tour/activity.

Cancellation / Refund Policy:

  • If a trip or part of is cancelled by the operator - for example one of the activities in a combo (example below) or a flight may be cancelled due to bad weather, and a full or partial refund is authorized by the operator, you need to contact us by replying to the confirmation email we sent you with your voucher, by email: bookings@queenstownadventure.co.nz Please explain the reason for the full or partial refund and the person you spoke to, and if possible your voucher number. We will then credit your original card the agreed refund amount and email confirmation.
  • If the cancellation has been made by the operator concerned for any reason, a cancellation fee will not apply.
  • If you wish to cancel the booking you will need to contact the operator concerned at your earliest opportunity using the operators phone number provided on your voucher. (Less than 24 hours, most operators won't let you cancel) If authorization is given by the operator for a full or part refund, you need to contact us by replying to the original confirmation email we sent to you by email: bookings@queenstownadventure.co.nz Please advise why you cancelled the booking and the person you spoke to, along with your voucher number. We will only give a refund if it has been authorized by the operator first. We will then credit your card the agreed refund amount, less our handling fee and email you with confirmation.
  • Re-scheduling: Activities can often be rescheduled if sufficient advanced warning is given to the operator. This can be done by calling the respective operator directly using the phone number provided on your voucher as early as possible. There is usually no charge for this.
  • Risk: We advise that some activities do carry some degree of risk. In many cases you will be asked to sign a disclaimer to that effect. By participating in the activity provided by the operator you are expressly assuming those risks personally (signed disclaimer) and are releasing the operator and Queenstown Adventure from any liability, additional expenses, claims, damages or losses of any nature.
  • Combos: As a combo often consists of two or more operators working together, any part of your combination package which has to be cancelled by any one or more of the operators (due to weather or any other unforeseen circumstance) you will be due a part refund. You will only be charged for the activity or activities you actually participated in and will be refunded the unused portion. As an example, if you booked a Canyon Swing Trio Combo (Canyon Swing, Heli flight and Rafting) and the Helicopter can't fly you to the Rafting point and you have to go by regular transport, you will only be charged for the Canyon Swing and Rafting portions.



Please note: Many operators tend to change their prices around the end of September, so if you are booking an activity for after this date, we will advise you about any price changes at the time of booking.
